Sister Chapter Program 2025 (SCP2025)

Connecting ComSoc chapters worldwide for enhanced collaboration and growth.

What is the Sister Chapters Program?

The Sister Chapters Program (SCP) began as a pilot project in 2023, with 10 chapters participating in the initiative. The program aims to create formal partnerships (sisterhoods) between IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) chapters from different regions. In 2024, the program expanded to 23 chapter pairs, and in 2025, we are targeting even more global collaborations.

This initiative fosters cross-cultural collaboration, knowledge exchange, and student engagement while promoting ComSoc membership and development. Partner chapters benefit from funding opportunities of up to $1,000 for joint activities throughout the year.
